The Daphnia module underwent extensive testing both in the field and in the laboratory. The field tests included placing the setup in various test sites; ranging from the university ponds (University of Graz) to Lake Millstatt and Lake Neusiedl. Here, you can see how the new 3D-printed Daphnia cage is attached to a vertical acrylic tube. The tube holds the Raspberry Pi board, a camera and various sensors.
